Affiliate Terms and Conditions

By applying to become a Smith Micro Affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions of our agreement with the affiliate program administrators and Commission Junction, including:

  • Using only the Smith Micro graphic banners and text links that are provided to you at Commission Junction.
  • Not altering or changing the links or banners in any way, understanding that doing so will affect Commission Junction's ability to track sales and reward commissions.
  • Not storing Smith Micro banners/text links obtained at Commission Junction on personal Web site servers—understanding that doing so will prevent Smith Micro from successfully swapping old promotional banners for new ones.
  • That your site will continue to adhere to the Affiliate Site Requirements mentioned below.

Commission Terms

Smith Micro offers a percentage commission rate of 20% on sales of Smith Micro graphics products and 30% on sales of all other Smith Micro products.

Affiliate Website Requirements

All sites that apply to our program will be reviewed by our team. Website criteria for review includes:

  • Site must not contain or promote pornographic or sexually explicit material or links to such material.
  • Site must not contain or promote discrimination of gender, race, religion, disability, or age.
  • Site must not contain or promote hate, violence, or violation of any federal or state laws.
  • Site must not violate intellectual copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary right of Smith Micro.

Smith Micro reserves the right to terminate an affiliate relationship at any time.
