We have two companies that process rebates on our behalf. Please refer to your rebate card to locate the address of the company that would handle your particular rebate and find the appropriate information below.
SUBMITTING MULTIPLE REBATES:
It is VERY important to submit each rebate offer in a separate envelope. This ensures proper processing. So even though the rebate card says that original upc codes and receipts are required, our rebate partner has been notified to accept copies.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SERIAL NUMBERS:
There are several common terms used to refer to the number or key required to install and/or register software applications.
registration number
serial number
unlock code
activation key
license key
All of these terms may used by our company to refer to that number, and ANY of them can be used on the rebate forms. This number/code/key will most often be found on the back of the Installation CD envelope. It can also be found in your confirmation email if you placed an order for a downloadable item.
Some of our products do not come with a registration number or serial number.
