    * WHERE IS MY REGISTRATION NUMBER?

    All electronic versions
    Your serial/registration number is sent in your confirmation email and is located below the download link.

    All physical versions
    Your serial/registration number is located on the back of the white application CD sleeve/envelope.

    NOTE: Registration numbers may also be labeled as key codes, activation codes, or licensing keys.

    Begins with WSD followed by a 4th letter

    StuffIt Deluxe MAC
    Begins with DLX followed by a 4th letter

    StuffIt Standard Windows
    Begins with WSDE, or SFW followed by a 4th letter

    * WHAT DO I DO IF MY REGISTRATION CARD IS MISSING?

    We had a short 2 week period where Registration Cards were mistakenly left out of the production of our software boxes. You can download and print a copy of the card from the PDF below:

    * HOW DO I CANCEL A FREE TRIAL PRODUCT?

    If you are using a Free Trial, and you wish to cancel before the trial period ends to avoid the charges, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-245-1723 and provide them with your order number found in your confirmation email.

    If you have already been charged for a Trial Product and wish to receive a refund within 30 days of purchase, please look up your order at https://www.findmyorder.com/, click Request Return, and follow the instructions to receive your credit.


    * WHAT IS EXTENDED DOWNLOAD SERVICE?

    Download protection entitles you to a new download link should you need to install the software on your computer again within the next two years.


    * HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

    To request a refund you must visit:

    You will need your order number and password.

    and use your email address and the last 5 digits of your credit card to look it up.
