What is WebEx?

WebEx is our web conferencing service that we use to simulcast all of our live webinars.

 What do I need to attend one of your webinars?

You will need a computer with a browser and an internet connection to view the presentation.  Audio is broadcast through Voice-over IP via your computer speakers, or you may call in via telephone to a number provided (toll charges may apply).  You will also need to install a Webex Client Interface software plug-in which can be done ahead of time, installing the plug-in takes approximately two minutes.  Access details will be provided once you register.

How do I register to attend a webinar?  Will I receive a confirmation?

To participate in one of our webinars, click on the Registration button for the webinar you wish to attend.  Follow the link, then complete and submit the online registration form found on that page.  Once your registration request is received and approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Can I invite my friends to participate in the webinar?

Yes.  When you register for one of our webinars, you are welcome to invite your friends. 

When should I log into the webinar?

You should log into the webinar at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the event to ensure you do not miss any important information.

Can I interact with the presenter during the webinar?

All attendees will be muted during the webinar.  You can interact with the presenter, host, or panelists via the Chat Window or by submitting a question in the Q & A Window, simply type your message into the text box and press the Enter key or the Send button.

Are the webinars recorded? 

Yes, all of our webinars are recorded so they can be viewed after the event. 

Where can I view a recorded webinar?

All of our recorded webinars can be found on the Webinars page of our website.  They can also be found by clicking the Webinars tab on the specific product page.
